Meet Our Team


Dan began his career, fresh from college and the baseball field, as a showroom consultant at Designer Hardware in Oklahoma City. It was here that he learned the ins and outs of boutique showrooms, but also the decorative hardware and plumbing industry directly under the legendary Faye Norton.
In 2013, he stepped away from the showroom world, determined to change the way manufacturing representation was done. Dan has stood in multiple positions in the rep industry, including a stint with JACLO as a Regional Sales Manager, successfully managing eleven states and four rep groups. This vast experience has given Dan the opportunity to be personally involved in practically every aspect of the industry. He is unmatched in his knowledge and passion for manufacturers with a story, and customers looking for individuality.
In June 2019, Dan launched Adream Décor with the support of heavy industry hitters. His vision from entry to the industry has been to disrupt the field, change the way things are done, and make a difference in this field.
This is the new generation of manufacturers’ rep agencies. Helping make a dream come true!


Jenifer Johnson manages sales across South Texas and Louisana with a grace that is unmatched. She graduated with a teaching degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and taught for six years before realizing it was time for something new. While she loved it, she was ready for a change and stepped into the position with Adream, a decision she coins as “one of the best decisions for me and my family.” One of her greatest priorities is customer service and doing a job well, which creates a perfect fit with the Adream mantra of luxury customer care. She prioritizes quick responses, education, and ensuring customers are taken care of impeccably. 
Why does Jenifer love working for Adream? “It’s fun, every day is a new day! And the Adream team is a dependable and loyal team that is dedicated to our clients success. That matters to me!” 



Stephanie is the creative direction behind the Adream marketing. She has dedicated more than a decade to the study of psychology and its practical application for small businesses. In that time, she has been behind the scenes with 1000s of marketing campaigns. Stephanie was raised as an Air Force Brat and spent time across the US in Texas, Washington, Alaska and Ohio before returning to settle in her favorite place on earth: The Texas Hill Country. She is a two-time best-selling author, a TEDx speaker, an award-winning entrepreneur, and dedicated to supporting small business growth. She is inspired by Dan’s commitment to disrupting the industry with Adream, and his passion for his clients and his team. In her downtime you can usually find Stephanie playing on the violin, out in the Texas Hill Country with her horse, in the garage painting endlessly!


Karla is the brilliance behind our North Texas and Oklahoma relationships! She is a bilingual, first-generation Salvadoran who came to the US at a young age and loves both her roots and her new home. She is an incredibly hard worker who cares deeply about family and the connections we build through the Adream family. She is an avid do-it-yourselfer and photographer whose joy is finding the unforgetting moments to capture for all-time on film. As Karla shares, “I love working for Adream [because] Dan makes it feel like we are part of the family; his family.” And that means having a voice to make a change in an industry with so much potential to support people.

Heather Toolin is passionate about luxurious and elegant interior design. Enough so that she not only graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with an interior design degree but has also dedicated more than 20 years to the luxury design industry. She has spent that time honing her skills as a product specialist specifically in regards to the luxury markets and understands what makes something special, and what leaves a lackluster end-result. She has an incredible amount of product knowledge on nearly everything in the industry and brings decades of relationships with architects and interior designers. Those, plus a heart for customer service that leaves a positive mark on everyone she encounters empower her to create the ultimate experience for those building their dream home. She is responsive, engaging, and an incredible human being to get to know. When Heather is not working, she loves spending time with her two children and her wire hair fox terrier Wally.
